How difficult is it to change the oil filter housing seel on a vectra 1800 eco engine 1999?

this is the engine with the paper filiment filter and the seel im talking about is between engine and filter housing.How difficult is it to change the oil filter housing seel on a vectra 1800 eco engine 1999?
if i remember rightly the filter housing just removes the same way a filter.it just turns anticlockwise..simple remove and refit new o ring...sortedHow difficult is it to change the oil filter housing seel on a vectra 1800 eco engine 1999?

The unit you're referring to is the oil cooler, and it is very highly likely held in place by either an allen bolt right up the center of it, or a thin nut screwed onto the threaded post onto which the oil filter screws, both of which are accessible after first removing the oil filter.





The seal is a rubber O ring.

If you are talking about the seal behind the lump of metal that the oil filter screws onto, then its dead easy to do. Make sure you have drained the engine oil first before loosening the bolts that hold it in place.
